Tanzeem Al-Abbas Hazara is a non-political social and welfare organization established to strengthen the unity of the Abbasi community and to provide welfare services in an organized and transparent manner.

Constitution — system of governance and responsibilities
Article 1 — Nature of the organization
Tanzeem Al-Abbas Hazara is an independent, non-political social and welfare organization established for the unity, welfare, and development of the Abbasi community. The organization has no affiliation or association with any political party, political group, or political ideology, and all its activities shall remain strictly non-political.
Article 2 — Organizational structure and responsibilities
The organization shall operate under a structured leadership system.
Executive Council
The central administrative unit of the organization, responsible for leadership, coordination, and execution of all organizational matters.
- President — provides complete leadership and supervision of the organization and ensures effective coordination and implementation of decisions.
- Senior Vice President — assists the President and performs duties in the absence of the Chief Coordinator or President.
- Vice Presidents (First & Second) — assist in policy implementation and organizational affairs, and are responsible for financial records and the transparent use of funds.
- General Secretary — responsible for administrative affairs, communication, and official correspondence.
- Deputy General Secretary — assists the General Secretary in administrative and communication matters.
- Finance Secretary — maintains financial records and accounts.
- Press Secretary — responsible for media relations, official statements, and dissemination of information.
- Coordination Secretary — ensures communication and harmony among all departments and organizational levels.
- Social Media Head — manages digital platforms, publicity, and online communication strategy.
- Women Wing — organizes and promotes women’s participation in organizational and welfare activities.
- Legal Wing — ensures legal guidance, documentation support, and fulfillment of legal requirements.
Advisory Council
Elders, respected personalities, and experienced individuals who provide guidance and support.
- Approve major decisions and programs.
- Assist the Executive Council in important matters.
- Formulate policies and long-term vision.
- Resolve major disputes and guide leadership.
- Ensure stability, discipline, transparency, unity, and continuity within the organization.
General Council
The basic body of the organization, consisting of all registered members.
- Participate in meetings and organizational activities.
- Support welfare projects and community programs.
- Provide suggestions and opinions for improvement.
- Adhere to the constitution and organizational principles.
- Play a role in the selection or support of leadership when required.
Article 3 — Meetings
- Regular meetings shall be held for planning and review.
- Emergency meetings may be called when necessary.
Article 4 — Financial management
- A transparent financial system shall be maintained.
- Funds shall only be used for welfare and organizational purposes.
- All financial records shall be preserved, annual audits shall be conducted, the bank account shall be in the organization’s name, and a dual-signature system shall be implemented.
Article 5 — Discipline and code of conduct
- All members shall maintain discipline and respect.
- The organization shall support its members during difficult circumstances.
- Brotherhood and cooperation shall remain the core values of the organization.
Article 6 — Transparency
- Complete accountability shall be ensured in administrative matters.
- Full records of all decisions shall be maintained.
Article 7 — Communication
- Official communication channels and social media platforms shall be utilized.
- A strong internal communication system shall be established.
Article 8 — Amendments
- Approval of the Advisory Council shall be mandatory for any amendment.
- Dissolution of the organization shall only be possible through a majority decision.
Membership registration principles
- Only members of the Abbasi community shall be eligible for membership.
- Both men and women may become members.
- Good moral character shall be mandatory.
- Individuals involved in illegal activities shall not be eligible.
- Registration shall be completed through a paper form or Google Form.
- A copy of the National Identity Card (CNIC) shall be mandatory.
- Membership fee: Rs. 300 (non-refundable) through Easypaisa or account transfer.
- Both registration and fee submission shall be compulsory.
- Violation of rules may result in termination of membership.
- Membership shall be subject to the approval of the General Body.

- Establish a fund for financial assistance during medical emergencies.
- Arrange medical camps and free medicines for elderly individuals.
- Organize blood donation camps for thalassemia children and emergency cases.
- Create employment and business opportunities for deserving individuals.
- Provide digital skills training for both men and women.

- Assist deserving girls with marriage expenses (dowry support).

Organizational electoral system
A transparent and democratic electoral system shall be implemented in the organization. For elections, a neutral senior-member election committee consisting of three to five members shall be formed, responsible for the election schedule, nomination papers, voting, and results.
Term duration
The term of office for central office bearers shall be two years.

Vacant position
In case a position becomes vacant, the Executive Council shall appoint an interim replacement or conduct a by-election.
Procedure for removal from office
In cases of constitutional violation, financial misconduct, unethical behavior, continuous absence, or activities against the organization, the Advisory Council may remove an office bearer through a majority decision after investigation.
